This versatile 2030 Heat Staking Assembly System also develops 1/2 ton of down force and is ideal for assembling components within a 12″x18″ area. It can work on multiple planes or in restricted areas during a single cycle. The unit is standard with two zones but can accommodate up to six zones that are individually monitored by a microprocessor-based, digital display, temperature controller. It comes with a convenient screw and nut arrangement for coarse head height adjustments.
Tools of different lengths, and for different tasks, can be combined on the same tooling platen. Multiple parts can be fixtured for simultaneous processing. One 2030 can often solve production problems that would otherwise require expensive, multiple assembly systems. In addition, the unit is easily adaptable for integration into rotary or in-line automated assembly systems.
For a complete Turn Key Solution, let us design and build the tooling for your specific application. All that is required is a PDF of your part drawings, a solid model and production parts to be assembled. Before we ship your machine, we will run up to 50 assemblies and submit them for your approval. Your machine will be validated with all of the settings for that particular assembly. When you receive your machine with tooling mounted, just plug it into a 120v outlet and supply your shop air. Once the machine is at temperature, you can start to run parts.
We have a complete precision tool room to build your fixtures and other tooling for any work holding or assembly process.
