Part holding fixtures are engineered and manufactured to meet each customer’s application-specific requirements, ensuring precise part location, repeatable positioning, and reliable support throughout the assembly process. Backed by more than 30 years of combined tool-and-die and precision machining experience, our engineering team designs tooling solutions that deliver the dimensional accuracy, durability, and repeatability required for high-volume manufacturing. To begin the design process, simply provide a PDF of your part drawings along with a 3D CAD model of the components to be assembled.
Fixtures are manufactured from a variety of engineering-grade materials selected to optimize performance, wear resistance, and production life. Available materials include aluminum, Delrin® (acetal), carbon steel, stainless steel, 3D printed Black Onyx™, and hardened tool steel. Material selection is based on application requirements such as production volume, component geometry, operating environment, and wear characteristics. Aluminum fixtures are available with clear anodize or hard-coat anodize finishes to improve surface hardness and corrosion resistance, while steel nests can be treated with black oxide or electroless nickel plating to enhance durability, corrosion protection, and service life.
