In addition to heat staking equipment, Toman manufactures a variety of Heat Tips and Heat Blocks for Spherical Staking, Flare Staking, Inserting and other thermal applications. To select the right Heat Tip for your application, match your parts boss diameter, or your insert thread size to the chart below. Then, determine if you need a high or low profile heat stake tip. Our standard tips have 1/4-28 UNF threads, but can be customized to your specifications. Heat Blocks are custom designed to install on one heat probe giving you the ability to a perform multiple points of contact in a tight space.
