Pneumatic Slide Table
The rugged Pneumatic Slide Table, is made to be used on our Evolution Series or PLC controlled thermal assembly units. It automatically brings the parts to be assembled under the heated probes and out again into a clear load area. This makes loading the parts easier, faster and safer since the operator’s hands stay away from the hot probes.
The table has stops on both the in and out positions. It also has switches on the pneumatic cylinder that signal the press when the part is in the correct position for operation. The Pneumatic Slide Table runs on two, rail and recirculating ball bearing assemblies for smooth, trouble-free operation.
The slide table is considered a custom option and should be ordered at the time that you purchase your thermal machine. If at a later date your production requirements increase, installation on an existing Evolution Series thermal unit is quick and easy. Simply bolt it to your machine with the supplied bolts and plug it into the connector on the machine base. The PLC will recognize the Pneumatic Slide Table and you are ready to go!
